It's a "Matter of Taste" is the result of the Lexington Lyons Leather Levi Clubs newest member Ken Warlick and his pledge to the club. Ken Created the cookbook as a fund raiser for the club. Every new member of the Lyons is required to complete a service project prior to acceptance into the club. Our cookbook is written with a sense of humor and is fun to read. It represents the wit and diversity of the individuals who enjoy the leather/levi lifestyle. The text is designed with a focus on entertaining whether brunch, cocktail parties, or social dining. Recipes range from simple country cooking to elegant gourmet dining. Photos of men and women representing the leather/levi lifestyle make this a one of a kind keepsake. One Southern California Leatherman described the Lexington Lyons and their cookbook as the Junior Leauge of the Leather Community and that it is a "Must Have Cookbook" noting that all funds raised by the Lyons are donated back to the community.
